Welcome to Axora360. Axora360 is a direct division of Clark-Ritchotte Communications and affiliated companies. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Axora360 SaaS platform, including our services for creating, hosting, and sharing 360° tours, photos, and videos (collectively, the “Services”).

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Axora360.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

3. Acceptable Use & Property Rights

1. You may use Axora360 only for lawful purposes.
2. Private Property Clause: If you create 360° content (photos, videos, or tours) on private property, you must either:

4. Have written permission from the property owner.
5. Axora360 and Clark-Ritchotte Communications are not liable for any disputes, claims, or damages arising from unauthorized media capture on private property.
6. Content recorded in public spaces must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

1. The Axora360 platform, software, branding, and related technologies are the property of Clark-Ritchotte Communications and affiliated companies.
2. You retain ownership of any content you upload but grant Axora360 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the Services.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payment

1. Access to premium features requires a paid subscription.
2. By subscribing, you authorize Axora360 to charge your chosen payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
3. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice.

6. Service Availability

1. We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
2. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may affect availability.
3. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or interruptions caused by third parties.

7. Termination and Suspension
